The two-volume publication incorporates many new scientific discoveries with 300 additional species in the new guide showing the great diversity of life on our doorstep.
As well as detailed descriptions of each plant and animal species and images for easy identification, the publication also delves into historical and geological aspects of the region.
Moreton Bay is integral to the lives of thousands of people across south-east Queensland.
