New 2015 SV6 Holden Commodore Lightning editions strike
INSPIRED by a Holden fan, a special edition Holden SV6 Commodore named "Lightning" will be launched.
The Commodore SV6 Lightning Special Edition is available on SV6 sedan and ute variants, and includes a number of additional sporty features including 20-inch forged alloy wheels and gloss black finishes.
Eu Wyn Wong won the 'Name That Commodore' competition staged on Holden's Facebook page in January.
Lightning was a popular suggestion with a number of people entering the name, however crucially for Mr Wong, he was the first.
Sedan models retail for $1500 above the standard SV6 at $37,290, and features the gloss black lip spoiler, fender vents, grille surrounds, side decals and alloy pedals in automatic models.
The ute costs an extra $4000 at $37,490, but incorporates the black fender vents, grille surrounds and decals, as well as a slimline hard tonneau.
