Insta-famous bikie WAG Allaina Vader fronts court
INSTA-FAMOUS bikie girlfriend Allaina Vader has been granted bail in the Supreme Court of Queensland in Brisbane for an alleged road rage incident.
Vader is accused of biting a woman on the face and punching her and kicking her in the head during an incident in Robina on May 17.
She was originally denied bail in the Southport Magistrates Court but this morning a Judge overruled that order.
Defence lawyer Ashkan Tai, of Ashkan Tai Lawyers, said the court accepted the incident was more than just a simple road rage.
Her boyfriend, former Hells Angels bikie Ben Geppert was however denied bail for a separate incident after he appealed to the Supreme Court for release.
Geppert is accused of threatening to take a woman for "boot rides".
"I will kill you and your dog," he allegedly said to the woman over the phone.
Justice Helen Bowskill said she found Geppert to be an unacceptable risk of release due to his prior criminal history and his previous disregard to court orders.\
The pair have made headlines recently for their social media beef with Vader's cousin Rikki Louise Sutton and her bikie boyfriend Brett 'Kaos' Pechey.
The history between the pair runs deep, Pechey is a former Bandidos boss, while Geppert is an ex-Hells Angel and Fink.
Geppert and Pechey had been 'brothers-in-law' until the falling out, as Notorious made the unsubstantiated claims that Kaos was a 'dog', or a police informant.
The 'dog' reference sparked a rapidly escalating rivalry with Geppert and Vader turning their attention on Ms Sutton when the former Hells Angel and Fink photoshopped an image of her with a pig's snout, flanked by two police emojis on Instagram.
It is understood Ms Sutton and Ms Vader had not been speaking since their boyfriends began feuding.
Ms Sutton had made an attempt to move on from the feud.
"There are two sides to every story, and then there are the screenshots," she posted on Instagram.
"To be continued."
She also made accusations against Geppert and Ms Vader on her page.
"The truth will come out in court for Allaina and co at a later date," she wrote.
"I can't comment publicly for now. I wish her all the best in life."
Pechey was most recently granted bail following a lengthy siege with police in a Gold Coast home.
During the incident Pechey had allegedly barricaded himself in the home armed with swords, where he threatened police he would stab them if they didn't shoot him.
Pechey spent time in a mental health unit following the incident.
