Jessie J brings some heat to the return of The Voice
JESSIE J has made her mark on the new season of The Voice.
The British pop star made her Australian television debut with a bang, performing her hit song Bang Bang with her fellow coaches Delta Goodrem, Ricky Martin and Benji and Joel Madden.
She also secured the first singer of the season for her team, 16-year-old Paris Cassar.
After the first night of blind auditions Jessie J and Delta both have two singers for their teams. Ricky has one singer, while the Madden brothers are still searching for their first team member.
Gail Page was the stand-out singer of the night, returning for some redemption after failing to be chosen in season one.

Since her Voice debut, the 51-year-old mother of two has been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy.
But that didn't stop her from impressing three of the coaches with her rendition of A Natural Woman.
She chose Ricky after the Latino pop star had an exchange with Jessie J, who said she didn't turn around for Gail because her song choice was too safe.
The other memorable performance was from 25-year-old Chris Hoskin, whose rendition of Fall At Your Feet inspired all four coaches to turn around.

He chose Jessie J, who quickly picked up on the sadness behind the song and promised to give Hoskin "tough love".
The show also trialed a new format for one of the blind auditions, keeping the viewing audience in the dark alongside the judges until Delta Goodrem turned around for Melbourne teen Nicolas, who sang XO in a traditionally female register.
Madden brothers also turn around at the last minute and likened Nicolas to a young Sam Smith, but the 17-year-old went with Delta.

Preview footage at the end of tonight's episode featured a contestant who uses sign language and hinted at tensions flaring up between Jessie J and Delta as they continue to compete for singers.
The Voice Australia continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on Channel 9/WIN.
