Meet Australia's richest man
HE'S made the list every year since its inception 33 years ago but this is the first time Harry Triguboff has topped it.
The property tycoon came in at the top of the 2016 BRW Rich 200 as the fortunes of the mining elite fell by the wayside.
And his personal wealth? - A staggering $10.62 billion.
The Financial Review reports Triguboff's Meriton Group is on track to sell $1.2 billion worth of apartments this year.
"So if we slow down a little, I don't mind. The buyers are still coming, even from China, and younger people are wanting to rent these days rather than buy as well. So we are okay," he said.
Meanwhile the fortune of Gina Rinehart has plummeted to a meagre $6.06 billion placing her fourth on the list - but we're sure she'll be okay.
Second on the list was the cardboard king and his family - Anthony Pratt.
