
Teens rescued after near-drowning at Coast beach
Two teenagers were rushed to hospital on Wednesday afternoon after they nearly drowned when they were caught in a rip at a Coast beach.
A Queensland Ambulance Service representative said paramedics were called to Beach Rd at Noosa North Shore about 5.10pm.
A teenage girl and boy were reportedly rescued from the water after they were caught in a rip.
They were both taken to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
