Walkerston: It’s your turn for My Town with Aidan

TAKE a walk down most Walkerston streets and locals will tell you that it won’t be long before you see someone you know.

And today, for many residents, that walk may just include running into Daily Mercury reporter Aidan Cureton who is out and about as part of My Town.

Aidan will be at Social Fresh and Local on Creek St from 10am to 1pm, keen to hear from residents and take on board the issues that matter to them.

With a local council election looming on March 28, perhaps now is the time to make sure your ideas and plans are on the radars of those who want your vote.

But there’s also great businesses operating in Walkerston that Aidan is keen to hear about.

Drop him an email at aidan.cureton@dailymercury.com.au and he will be in touch.

Next week Zizi Averill will be in Middlemount and Dysart on March 27-28.
